The EU CUIDO app came to take some of the weight (physical and mental) that the caregiver carries. Walking around with a thousand exams is always uncomfortable.         The Dashboard is nothing more than the main screen of your profile at EU CUIDO! It contains all the information you need to take care of your health quickly, such as upcoming appointments, emergency contacts, allergies, and much more.
        On the gear icon (⚙) you can add and remove what you see on your dashboard.

        “My Appointments” is your space to organize past and future appointments, whether they are from different agreements or even privately!

        It's quite simple:
        1. Enter My Appointments
        2. Click on the + sign at the top right;
        3. Select one of the available Specialties*;
        4. Enter the name of the Organization and the Professional;
        5. Inform the date and time of the consultation;
        6. If you want, associate it with an existing treatment (this field will only appear when you already have a treatment created)
        7. Click Save.

        💡 Tips

        You can add even more information about your query once it is created!

        Access your upcoming appointments via the Dashboard or the My Appointments option!
        1. Click on the appointment you want to prepare for;
        2. Scroll through the top menu items to edit/add information (Documents or Exams, Discussion Topics).
        How do I delete a query?
        1. On the left sidebar, click on My Appointments;
        2. Click the trash can icon (🗑) next to the query you want to delete;
        3. Confirm the deletion.

        1. Click on the left menu and select Personal Information;
        2. Select Vaccines;
        3. Inform the Description of the vaccine, Date of application and in which Location (example: Clinic or Health Center) it was applied.
        4. Finish on Add vaccine.

        1. Click on the left menu and select Personal Information;
        2. Select Allergies;
        3. Under New Allergy, specify your allergy, Age of onset, Type and Severity.

        1. Click on the left menu and select Personal Information;
        2. Select Medications;
        3. Click on the + sign and enter the Name of the drug, its Dosage and Frequency.
        4. If you want to add a reminder to take the medicine, click on Add Activity, put the start date and the end date, you can include a copy of the prescription or photo of the medicine box.
        5. Then click on Task Scheduling
        6. Select the best option (a single day, or every working day, or every day if it is a continuous-use medication), enter the time and click on add. If you need to take the same medicine more than once a day, repeat the operation. Click Save

        Keep all financial proofs related to your health in this space!
        In addition to custom fields for records, you can also attach receipts issued by clinics, offices, etc.
        How to add a voucher?
        1. On the left side menu, click on Documents or Exams and select Vouchers;
        2. Click on the + icon;
        3. Enter the information and attachments;
        4. Click Save.

        1. Just click on your photo or name in the upper right corner
        2. Select the name of the family member you want to access
        3. Done, click on the Dashboard or other option on the left menu and all the information displayed will be from the family member you selected.
        4. To view your profile again, simply repeat step 1 and select your name. So easy.

        The “My Treatments” space is ideal for you to register and monitor the care requested by your health professionals!
        How do I add a treatment?
        1. On the left sidebar, click on My Treatments;
        2. Click on the + icon;
        3. Enter the Treatment Name, Expected Duration and Start Date;
        4. Click Save.

        The Calendar is where you can view past and future appointments and events!
        At the top of the screen it is possible to change the view between month, week and day. 

        ⚠ Important

        It is not possible to add queries and events here, for that you need to access the New Query option at the top of the left side menu.

        “Notes” is your free space to record everything you think is important in your care!
        You can write whatever you want, make checklists and even categorize your note according to medical specialty. 😎

        1. On the left sidebar, click Notes;
        2. Click Take Note…;
        3. Write your note, customize with checklist and specialty;
        4. Click Create.

        1. On the left side menu, click on Documents or Exams and select Exam Files;
        2. Click on the + icon;
        3. Enter the exam name and attach the results.

        ⚠ Important

        The available formats for attachments are JPG, PNG and PDF.
        How do I edit my exams?
        It is not possible to edit your already added exams. In that case, delete your exam and re-add it with any necessary updates.

        At EU CUIDO, your profile goes beyond basic registration information and platform usage preferences.
        We believe that all discoveries about your health and care taken for your well-being define the person you are today!
        The profile can be accessed from the left menu within Settings or by clicking on your name or photo in the upper right.
        In the Profile area it is possible to add various information:
        • Registration data;
        • Contacts;
        • Emergency counters;
        • Health insurance;
        • Team of caregivers;
        How do I update my profile?
        1. Click on your name located in the upper right corner;
        2. Select My Profile;
        3. Choose which category you want to update;
        4. Make your changes and click Save.

        1. On the upper right, click on your photo or name and select My Profile;
        2. Scroll down and select + Connect Caregiver
        3. Click Select Caregiver
        IMPORTANT: The Person you want to be your Caregiver needs to be registered in our Caregiver profile app in order for them to be found.
        4. Set this connection start date and connection end date and click SAVE.
        5. If you need to delete the Caregiver, just select the trash can icon
        IMPORTANT: The caregiver will have access to all your data and will be able to include or exclude information. For the caregiver to view their information, the caregiver will have to be logged into their own account, click on the upper right corner where they will have their photo and name;
        6. When a list of options appears, the caregiver must click on their name;
        7. Done, click on the Dashboard or another option on the left menu and all the information displayed will be yours.
        8. To view the caregiver's profile again, simply repeat step 1 and select the caregiver's name again.

        1. On the upper right, click on your photo or name and select My Profile;
        2. Select Family Members
        3. Click on the + icon;
        4. Inform the details of your family member;
        5. Click Save.

        1. Just click on your photo or name in the upper right corner
        2. Select Share
        3. Write the professional's name, email and a note and click SEND
        4. The professional will receive an email from INFO (info@xinguhealth.com) with a unique access link to their health data. The professional only needs to click on the link and browse the information. Once he closes the browser, he will no longer have access to your information. If the professional writes something for you, you can view it in your Medical History, within the “Medical Information” tab.
